T43 TEHCM (Transmission Electro-Hydraulic Control Module) for GM 6T70 / 6T75 / 6T80 six-speed transaxles, programmed to your VIN with the latest GM calibration and ready to install.
Factory Flash (Stock): Programmed with the latest factory GM calibration for your VIN. Drop-in replacement — drives exactly like the original.
Custom Tuned: Calibrated to your specific needs — firmer shifts, raised line pressure, adjusted shift points, TCC lockup strategy changes, or torque management adjustments for modified vehicles or towing setups. Tell us what you're after at checkout.
Choose your option at checkout. Custom tuned units include revisions if needed.
This is the Gen 1 T43 controller. 2013 and newer 6T70 / 6T75 units use the Gen 2 T76 TEHCM, which is a different module and is not covered by this listing. If you're not sure which you have, send us your VIN and we'll tell you before you order.
Before you buy — read this. The TEHCM is not an external box. It mounts inside the transmission on the valve body. Replacing it means dropping the pan and fluid. Budget for a filter, pan gasket, and fluid, and plan on a transmission adaptive relearn (Service Fast Learn) with a capable scan tool after install.
Symptoms of a failed TEHCM:
Harsh, delayed, or flared shifts
Stuck in limp / failsafe, no upshift past 3rd
No torque converter lockup
Wrong gear ratio and solenoid performance codes — P0716, P0717, P0722, P0751, P0776, P0796, P0842, P0847, P0871, P0973, P0974, P2714, P2723, P2729
U0101 lost communication with TCM
Speedometer or gear display dropping out
