Shipping Policy: Ewalt's Auto Tuning

Order Processing Time

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Custom Orders (e.g., specific module programming): Require a 1-week processing time.

  • Handmade Items (e.g., assembled hardware, custom PCBs): Require a 1–2 week processing time.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US holidays.

  • In the event of hardware backorders or high order volume, processing delays will be communicated via email.

Shipping Carriers & Domestic Rates

  • Carriers: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

  • Rates: Shipping charges are calculated dynamically and displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Delivery Estimates: Dependent on the service tier selected at checkout (e.g., UPS Ground, USPS Priority). Note that delivery timeframes apply after the stated processing times above.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • We ship internationally via USPS and UPS.

  • Ewalt's Auto Tuning is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Hardware impounded, delayed, or returned by customs due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • A shipment confirmation email containing the USPS or UPS tracking number is automatically generated once the shipping label is created.

  • Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours of the initial carrier scan.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Hardware

  • Inspect all modules and hardware immediately upon delivery. If the package arrives damaged, photograph the unboxing process for insurance claims.

  • Ewalt's Auto Tuning is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim.

  • Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
