Return & Refund Policy

Tuning & Programming Services

All custom tuning, module programming, VIN changes, calibration work, and other electronic services are non-refundable once the service has been performed. If we are unable to complete the requested service for any reason, you will be refunded in full. If you are unsatisfied with a custom tune, we will work with you to make revisions at no additional charge.

Parts Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must be true:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days.

  • The item is in its original, unopened packaging with all security stickers intact.

  • The item has not been installed, altered, or used in any way.

A 20% restocking fee applies to any parts that have been installed or are missing the original security sticker.

Refunds are only available for items purchased at regular price. Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Electrical parts and components (exchange only)

  • Fuel system components

  • Special order or custom-ordered parts

  • Hazmat-labeled parts

  • Any item that has been opened, unsealed, installed, or is no longer in brand-new condition

  • Controlled parts that require a VIN for ordering (including but not limited to emission labels, airbags, and seatbelts)

  • Safety items including airbags and seatbelts

  • Printed materials

  • International orders — we are unable to process returns or warranty claims for orders shipped outside the United States

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

How to Return an Item

You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. Ship returns to:

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit, and we cannot issue a refund without proof that the return was delivered.
