TPMS Enable / Disable We can enable or disable Tire Pressure Monitoring System functionality in the rear BCM. If your vehicle didn't come with TPMS and you've added sensors, we can turn it on. If you're running wheels without sensors and want to kill the TPMS warning light, we can disable it. Just note your preference at checkout.
The rear BCM on the GMT360 platform is mounted in the liftgate area where it's exposed to moisture, temperature swings, and vibration. Common failure symptoms include:
Rear Wiper Inoperative or Erratic The rear wiper won't turn on, won't shut off, or operates intermittently. The rear BCM controls the wiper motor relay — when the module fails, wiper operation goes with it.
Liftgate Lock Malfunction The rear hatch won't lock or unlock with the key fob or interior switch. The rear BCM handles the liftgate lock actuator signal.
Rear Washer Inoperative The rear washer pump doesn't activate when the rear wiper stalk is pulled. The rear BCM triggers the washer relay.
License Plate Lights / Rear Lighting Issues Rear license plate lights out or flickering despite good bulbs. The rear BCM controls power to these circuits.
