GM part number 13565642 is the current service number. It supersedes and replaces all of the following — if your original module carries any of these, this is your part:

Single fuel tank applications only. Trucks built with the dual fuel tank option use a different module. If you are not sure which you have, contact us with your VIN before ordering and we will confirm.
