GM Fuel Pump Control Module (FPCM) — also called a Fuel Pump Driver Module or Fuel System Control Module (FSCM) — part number 13554821, programmed to your VIN and ready to install.

13554821 is the current GM service number. It supersedes and replaces all of the following — if your original module carries any of these, this is your part:

How it works: this module acts as a smart driver, using Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) to vary the voltage sent to the in-tank fuel pump. That lets the ECM request dynamic fuel pressure based on engine load, rather than running the pump at a static 100% duty cycle.

Symptoms of a failed module:

Crank / no start, no fuel pressure
Hard starting, stalling, cutting out under load
P023F, P0230, P0231, P0232, P069E, U0109 (lost communication with fuel pump control module)
No fuel pump prime with key on
