Full engine calibration — fuel tables, spark timing, torque management, idle quality, fan control, speed limiter removal, and rev limiter adjustment. Transmission tuning available for 4L60E, 4L80E, 6L80E, 6L90E and 8L90E. Tire size and gear ratio correction included for re-geared or oversized tire setups.
Common requests for vans include towing-specific calibrations (firmer shifts, raised line pressure, locked TCC strategy), fuel economy tuning for unloaded driving, and drivability fixes for high-mileage vans with worn sensors.
We can make adjustments for various engine modifications as well as engine swaps.
