These are replacement seals for the GMT400 HVAC system to seal the openings in the firewall. By now, those factory seals have gotten old, dry-rotted, and crumbling. This is a way to replace them instead of leaving an opening that allows hot engine bay air to leak into the cab.
What you are buying is a part I designed and produce using the 3D printing process. If you are reading this you already know GM does not sell this part any longer, and it's possible you spent quite a while trying to find the original foam replacement, like I did. These will retain their shape longer than the factory gaskets.
These are 3D-printed parts, they will have minor cosmetic imperfections. They will fully function for the job they have been designed to do. These parts are not seen once the HVAC airbox has been installed. You MUST remove the HVAC box to replace these.
